While creating the Royal Thermo BiLiner radiator, the highest requirements for thermal performance and the appearance of the finished product were put. That is why the development of the concept and design of the radiator section required a synergy of creativity of the leading Italian industrial design studio and aerodynamic specialists in aircraft.

FEATURES OF THE BILINER MODEL

A feature of the BiLiner radiator is the technology of 100% protection of the radiator against corrosion in systems with super-aggressive heat carrier. In practice, it is implemented as a unique inserted part: the vertical and both horizontal collectors of this radiator are made from steel.

Thanks to this design, the heating system heat carrier circulates only through the collector, therefore its contact with aluminum is completely excluded. The usage of steel allows to apply BiLiner radiator in the most difficult operating conditions, primarily in heating systems with an super-aggressive heat carrier, the pH value of which is very different from neutral. This, together, ensures trouble-free operation of the device and increases the lifetime.
