B520 PRO consists of two layers, which allows it to simultaneously remove rust, colloidal iron, sand, other visible contaminants and chemical impurities. In addition, organic compounds, heavy metals, chlorine and other toxins and allergens are simultaneously removed from the water. The outer layer of the exchange filter is made of a new generation of sorption material - AQUALENTTM 4 and based on fine activated carbon. In the pre-filtration stage, particles up to 20 microns in size are removed from the water. The finer the coal, the greater its contact area with water, i.e. the deeper the cleaning of impurities. The inner layer of the B520 PRO module is a further development of AQUAPHOR - a carbon block with AQUALENTTM fiber for deep water purification. This layer filters out particles down to 5 microns and effectively removes harmful dissolved impurities in tap water.

Active silver Using the selectivity of AQUALEN fiber towards heavy metal ions, we attached silver to it in an active ionic form. Such silver prevents the growth of bacteria inside the system, but unlike filters with silvered charcoal, it is not washed into the already filtered water.

The resource of the B520 PRO has increased to 150,000 liters thanks to the combination of unique composite materials in the outer and inner layers of the exchange filter. Permeability varies from 20 to 5 microns, which extends the service life in muddy or rusty water.

An additional barrier

The innovative replacement filter B520 PRO contains an additional barrier. It consists of a new fibrous ion exchange sorbent - AQUALEN 4, with an increased filtration surface and very fine activated carbon of the highest quality. As part of such a mixture, the sorbing surface of the coal increases several times, so the replacement filter cleans the water more efficiently.
