Grand Meyer® HE-TS

The Grand Meyer HE-TS kit is used for heating domestic water supply systems and sewer pipes to protect them from freezing, as well as for heating air conditioner drain lines to prevent condensation water from freezing. It can also be used for floor heating in small areas.

The HE-TS kit uses a self-regulating heating cable, which prevents overheating — even if the cable overlaps itself — and automatically adjusts the heating temperature based on the ambient conditions. This allows the HE-TS kit to be used on pipelines exposed to varying temperature environments (e.g., partially outside, partially in a basement).

The kit includes a shielded self-regulating heating cable with a linear output of 16 W/m under normal conditions. The cable sleeves are factory-sealed for improved waterproofing. The 2-meter connection cable (non-heating) is silicone-insulated.

The HE-TS kit is not intended for:

– Heating liquids during their flow through a pipe  

– Defrosting pipes that are already frozen
