Product Description:

The towel warmer is designed for drying wet towels and clothing. It can be integrated into either a room heating system or a hot water supply system. The towel warmer is made of stainless steel grade AISI 304 (EN 1.4301) and coated with powder paint. This steel, due to the presence of metals such as chromium, nickel, and other elements, is resistant to electrochemical corrosion.

Important Information:

The product does not rust or leak when installed in a properly equipped heating or potable water system, provided the water quality meets acceptable standards. Improper installation, operation, or poor water composition, as well as inadequate grounding of household electrical appliances (dishwashers, washing machines, etc.), may cause the product to corrode. Corrosion occurs due to the formation of potential differences between various metals in an electrically conductive environment.

Warranty:
The product comes with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met for installation and operation:

• The pipelines to which the product is connected must be properly grounded.
• If plastic pipes are present in the system, it is advisable to additionally ground the towel warmer itself.
• Household appliances (e.g., washing machines, dishwashers) must not be grounded via water or heating pipes! Grounding must comply with safety instructions for installing household electrical devices (use grounded sockets).

Note:
The warranty does not apply if the product is installed in a potable water system.
