Direct heating diesel air heater Ballu BHDP-50 of the Tundra series is designed for heating non-residential premises and local heating of work surfaces. The thermal power of the device is 50 kW. When the diesel gun is operating, the air flow, passing through the protective grille, is drawn into the combustion chamber. There it mixes with diesel fuel atomized by the nozzle, which is supplied from the fuel tank with the help of a powerful high-pressure pump, forming an air-fuel mixture. With the help of 12kV electrodes, the mixture is ignited and burned, and then it is thrown out, mixing with the products of combustion and with the bulk of the incoming air, thereby heating it. The heat-reflecting screen, located in the front end of the device case, serves as an obstacle to the escaping open flame and ensures uniform heating of the room or the heated work surface.
The high-precision thermostat built into the heater with convenient and understandable off-line adjustment maintains the set temperature.
The safety of using a diesel heat gun Ballu BHDP-50 of the Tundra series is ensured by an electronic control board using a temperature sensor and a photocell that controls the presence of a flame - it stops the device in an emergency.
The volume of diesel fuel is measured by a level sensor and displayed on a gauge built into the fuel tank.
The double-sided anti-corrosion coating of the Ballu BHDP-50 Tundra heat gun will allow you to maintain an excellent appearance throughout the entire service life of the product.
